Sąd Najwyższy nie może być obojętny - stwierdził I prezes SN Zbigniew Kapiński. Odniósł się do wydarzeń wokół Trybunału Konstytucyjnego, nazywając je zamachem stanu, oraz do zapowiedzi Romana Giertycha, wedle których następny w kolejności będzie właśnie Sąd Najwyższy.
