Pierwszy prezes Sądu Najwyższego Zbigniew Kapiński wyraził stanowczy sprzeciw wobec działań podjętych w piątek w Trybunale Konstytucyjnym. Zarzucił ich uczestnikom naruszanie zasad państwa prawa i ostrzegł przed wykorzystywaniem policji do rozstrzygania sporów ustrojowych.
