Análise do Tribunal de Contas conclui que apesar do número de contratos adicionais ter diminuído, em 2025 atingiram o valor mais elevado em quase duas décadas. Nos últimos três anos os trabalhos complementares somaram quase 676 milhões enquanto os suprimidos se ficaram pelos 114 milhões.
