“Żurek: najważniejszy wniosek do nowego TK będzie dotyczył SN”

Minister sprawiedliwości Waldemar Żurek zamierza skierować do TK, gdy ten „zacznie funkcjonować”, wniosek ws. sprawdzenia konstytucyjności ustawy o Sądzie Najwyższym. Jego zdaniem po piątkowych wydarzeniach w TK prezydent Karol Nawrocki powinien odpowiadać przed Trybunałem Stanu. Ujawnił też, kogo obejmie śledztwo dotyczące innych uczestników tych wydarzeń.
