Le baromètre annuel du médiateur de l'énergie, publié mardi 3 novembre, révèle qu'un tiers des Français ont peiné à payer leurs factures de gaz et d'électricité. En conséquence, trois ménages sur quatre ont baissé le chauffage en hiver pour économiser.
