Dubai: Private companies with 50 or more employees have been urged to meet their 2026 Emiratisation targets before the 31 December deadline, with the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation calling on employers to accelerate recruitment. Companies covered by the requirements must achieve a further 1 per cent increase in Emiratisation in skilled roles during the second half of 2026, building on the first-half target to deliver an overall annual increase of 2 per cent.
