Erika Hilton e Sâmia Bonfim, deputadas do PSOL Câmara dos Deputados O Tribunal Superior Eleitoral (TSE) decidiu na terça-feira (27) que a federação PSOL-Rede cumpriu a cláusula de barreira e, com isso, poderá ter acesso aos fundos eleitoral e partidário, além de tempo de TV, em 2027. As siglas haviam recorrido à Justiça para contestar a avaliação de que não tinham cumprido os requisitos necessários para ter acesso a esses recursos. A decisão foi unânime.
