Zawieszony prezes TK Bogdan Święczkowski zamierzał zbudować „Trybunał na uchodźstwie” w siedzibie Sądu Najwyższego - twierdzi Onet. Próba się nie udała, gdyż wśród tzw. starych sędziów TK zawiodła frekwencja. Część z nich ma natomiast w najbliższych dniach spotkać się z kierującą obecnie TK Anną Korwin-Piotrowską.
