Bogdan Święczkowski wydał nowe zarządzenie w sprawie funkcjonowania Trybunału Konstytucyjnego. Stwierdził w nim, że pismo Anny Korwin-Piotrowskiej dotyczące organizacji pracy TK nie wywołuje skutków prawnych. Jednocześnie ogłosił cztery dni wolne od pracy dla pracowników Trybunału. To kolejna odsłona sporu o kierownictwo w instytucji.
