O godz. 17:57 w piątek prezydent Karol Nawrocki poinformował wojskowych pilotów, że przerywa delegację do Senegalu i że mają wracać do Warszawy – „Rzeczpospolita” odtworzyła sekwencję zdarzeń, które pozwoliły przejąć siedzibę Trybunału. Kluczowe okazały się dwie godziny.
