A suspected African migrant is in police custody after an attempt to steal a fishing boat from Ramsgate harbour in Kent. The incident, involving the vessel Carousel, unfolded just after 3am on Tuesday, as the crew were asleep below deck. The owner of the vessel told GB News that a man managed to start the boat and attempted to leave the port, before smashing into the harbour wall and being detained.
