De kroegentocht in Breda tijdens de aftrap van het carnavalsseizoen op 11 november gaat niet door. De gemeente is bang dat het te druk wordt in de binnenstad. "Een georganiseerde kroegentocht staat op gespannen voet met de maatregelen om bezoekersstromen juist te beheersen en verspreiden", is de verklaring.
