“שחיקה וחוסר מוגנות בבתי הספר: הנתונים שמאחורי צוותי החינוך בישראל”

סקר המורים הבית ספרי של הרשות הארצית למדידה והערכה בחינוך, ראמ"ה, לשנת תשפ"ה המפורסם היום (חמישי) מציג תמונה מורכבת של העבודה במערכת החינוך. בסקר השתתפו 27,092 מורים. אחד הממצאים נוגע למוגנות צוותי ההוראה - המדד הארצי של סביבת עבודה לא בטוחה עמד על 9%, לעומת 7% בתשפ"ד. למרות ההבדל המספרי, ראמ"ה מסווגת את התוצאה כיציבות לעומת השנה הקודמת. בבתי הספר היסודיים ובחטיבות הביניים עמד המדד על 10%, לעומת 6% בחטיבות העליונות. בבתי ספר דוברי ערבית עלה המדד מ-6% ל-9%, שינוי שראמ"ה מסווגת כעלייה קלה יחסית.
