“שוטר נאשם שגנב כסף ותכשיטים בחיפושים בבתי פלסטינים”

כתב אישום הוגש היום (שלישי) לבית המשפט המחוזי בירושלים נגד שוטר ששירת במרחב חברון, בגין גניבת כסף ורכוש מבתי פלסטינים במהלך פעילויות מבצעיות והחזקת אמצעי לחימה ותחמושת צה"לית גנובים. על פי כתב האישום, השוטר ניצל את סמכותו כדי לגנוב רכוש פרטי ופריטים יקרי ערך במהלך חיפושים שנערכו בבתים. כתב האישום, שהוגש במסגרת הסדר על ידי עו"ד דניאל ארפי, מתייחס לשורת מקרים שאירעו בין השנים 2022 ל-2023. באותה תקופה השתתף הנאשם בפעילויות מבצעיות ובחיפושים לאיתור אמצעי לחימה בבתי פלסטינים בעיר חברון ובסביבתה, וכן…
