מבצע "דרכון חורף" יוצא לדרך והחל מהיום (1 בנובמבר) נכנסים לתוקף התעריפים המוזלים של רשות האוכלוסין וההגירה, המאפשרים חיסכון של עד 105 שקלים למבוגר ומאות שקלים למשפחות בתשלום מקוון. ההטבה תהיה בתוקף עד סוף פברואר, כאשר המשלמים מראש יוכלו להשלים את ההנפקה בלשכות עד סוף אפריל 2027, רגע לפני העומס הגדול של האביב והקיץ
