פרסום ראשון: ראש עיריית שדרות, אלון דוידי, מתריע מפני איום של חדירת נחילי רחפנים ורחפני נפץ מרצועת עזה לעיר וליישובי העוטף, ודורש ממערכת הביטחון להיערך בדחיפות לתרחיש של פשיטה אווירית. במכתב ששיגר היום (שני) לשר הביטחון ישראל כ"ץ, לרמטכ"ל אייל זמיר ולמפקדי פיקוד הדרום ואוגדת עזה, דורש דוידי להקים מערך התרעה ייעודי לתושבים, לפרוס אמצעים לנטרול רחפנים ולהוציא הנחיות התגוננות מותאמות לאיום.
