Sędzia Sądu Najwyższego Kamil Zaradkiewicz poinformował, że w przyszłym tygodniu prokurator podległy panu Żurkowi zwróci się do sądu o zastosowanie tymczasowego aresztu wobec Prezesa TK. We wtorek w tym celu uzurpatorzy w TK planują podjąć nielegalny akt, który nazwą uchwałą o uchyleniu immunitetu sędziemu TK Bogdanowi Święczkowskiemu - przekazał Zaradkiewicz.
