Booking.com mag het personeel verplichten om 40 procent van hun werktijd op kantoor te zijn. Als iemand vijf dagen werkt, komt dat dus neer op twee dagen naar kantoor. De ondernemingsraad van de hotelboekingssite wilde niet akkoord gaan met die verplichting en daarop stapte het bedrijf naar de rechtbank in Amsterdam. En de rechter geeft Booking nu gelijk.
