O Governo decidiu renovar por cinco anos os atuais benefícios fiscais em IMT e IMI para os prédios reabilitados. Também os baldios manterão os incentivos em matéria de isenção de IRC. A proposta de Orçamento do Estado prevê, igualmente, a manutenção, em 2027, dos incentivos ao emparcelamento.
