Será só nos pedidos de visto, feitos por compatriotas, que funcionários moçambicanos do Consulado português na Beira estão a exigir o pagamento de valores muito acima dos previstos na tabela de emolumentos. Tudo começa com queixas de soberba e má educação por parte de alguns desses funcionários. As queixas até agora efetuadas no Consulado em nada resultaram.
