Zielony Fundusz Klimatyczny (GCF) zatwierdził rekordowe finansowanie w wysokości niemal 2 mld dolarów na realizację 21 projektów. Tym samym łączna wartość środków przyznanych w tym roku osiągnęła 3,2 mld dolarów. Instytucja zamierza również zwiększyć udział prywatnych inwestorów w finansowaniu przedsięwzięć na rzecz ochrony klimatu.
