Klanten van De Goudse met een woekerpolis kunnen definitief rekenen op financiële compensatie. De verzekeraar trekt hier ongeveer 12,5 miljoen euro voor uit. Al in januari 2025 sloot De Goudse een akkoord over de tegemoetkoming met de Consumentenbond en de claimstichtingen ConsumentenClaim, Stichting Woekerpolisproces, Vereniging Woekerpolis.nl en Wakkerpolis. Maar voor het laten slagen van deze schikking moest 90 procent van de gedupeerden akkoord gaan met hun persoonlijke schikkingsvoorstel.…
