Inwoners van de regio Dordrecht zijn gezamenlijk een rechtszaak gestart tegen Chemours. Ze willen het bedrijf via de rechter aansprakelijk stellen voor pfas-vervuiling in de omgeving. De stichting PFAS Vrij Green Claim wil namens ruim een half miljoen omwonenden verdere pfas-uitstoot door het bedrijf stoppen en eist compensatie voor schade die door pfas-uitstoot zou zijn veroorzaakt, schrijft de regionale omroep Rijnmond .
