Pokój gier, domowa siłownia lub dodatkowy pokój dla gości – w taki sposób deweloper reklamował możliwości wykorzystania poddasza, które według jego zapewnień można było przekształcić na część mieszkalną. Okazało się jednak, że projekt budowlany mówi coś innego. UOKiK uznał, że deweloper wprowadził klientów w błąd i nałożył na spółkę karę.
