Nederlandse bedrijven, organisaties en overheden nemen maatregelen om de weerbaarheid tegen online aanvallen te verhogen, maar niet snel en stevig genoeg om het oplopende tempo van alle dreigingen bij te benen, signaleert de Nationaal Coördinator Terrorismebestrijding en Veiligheid (NCTV).
