Eleitores que não compareceram às urnas no segundo turno das eleições têm até 8 de janeiro de 2027 para justificar a ausência. Caso contrário, deverão pagar multa para regularizar a situação eleitoral. Quem não votou no primeiro turno ainda pode fazer a justificativa antes de precisar pagar multa; o prazo é até 3 de dezembro de 2026. Cada turno funciona como eleição independente.
