De pensioenfondsen ABP en PME staan er goed voor. De afgelopen maanden profiteerden zij van de gestegen rente, waardoor de dekkingsgraad van het ambtenarenfonds en het fonds voor de metaal- en techindustrie naar boven de 130 procent steeg. Dat betekent dat ze ruim voldoende geld in kas hebben om de pensioenen uit te keren. Eerder dit jaar hadden het ABP, het PME en andere pensioenfondsen last van de oorlog in de Perzische Golf. Maar de stijgende rente lijkt hun sterke financiële positie…
