Le tribunal de commerce de Toulouse ordonne au groupe une période d’observation de six mois et donne rendez-vous le 8 janvier pour une nouvelle audience visant à « déterminer si l’entreprise dispose des capacités financières suffisantes à sa poursuite d’activité et le maintien de la période d’observation ».
