Boeren in Afghanistan produceren weer fors meer opium, ondanks een verbod op de lucratieve drugsteelt die de Taliban vier jaar geleden instelden. Dat melden de Verenigde Naties (VN). De cijfers laten de kwetsbaarheid van Afghaanse boeren zien die door de slechtlopende economie nauwelijks rond kunnen komen.
