Na razie za naruszenia dotyczące Krajowego Systemu e-Faktur nie są nakładane kary pieniężne. Nie oznacza to jednak, że wystawiane w tym czasie faktury są prawnie obojętne albo że błędy będzie można później usunąć bez śladu.
