Kilkudziesięciu prokuratorów złożyło pozwy o odszkodowania za odwołanie z delegacji bez zachowania okresu wypowiedzenia. Choć to samo działo się za czasów Zbigniewa Ziobry, wcześniej pozwów nie było. Dlaczego? „Bo się zwyczajnie bali”. Sądy zasądzają im od 55 tys. do nawet 100 tys. zł. Całkowity koszt to nawet 4 mln zł.
