Konsekwentnie i od lat proponuję reset konstytucyjny - napisał w kwestii sytuacji w Trybunale Konstytucyjnym Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz. Szef MON przekonywał, że rozwiązanie to zapewniłoby sędziom niezależność i postawiłoby kres podważaniu orzeczeń Trybunału. To samo rozwiązanie zaoferowali m.in. Adrian Zandberg i Sławomir Mentzen. Alternatywa to chaos - twierdzi lider partii Razem.
