Pierwsza hipoteza na temat tego, jak doszło do katastrofy kolejowej w Hiszpanii, w czasie której pociąg szybkiej prędkości AVE z 397 pasażerami na pokładzie zderzył się z pociągiem Iryo, którym jechało 147 osób. W katastrofie zginęło co najmniej 30 osób.
