An NYPD investigation is underway after authorities found two people — a woman in her 50s and a man in his 60s — shot in the head in a Manhattan senior housing facility late Thursday. Both died. Police responded to a 911 call about an assault at the Second Avenue building in East Harlem around 8:30 p.m. Arriving officers found a 55-year-old woman and a 66-year-old man both with gunshot wounds to the head.
