O Ministério da Previdência Social e o Instituto Nacional do Seguro Social (INSS) mudaram as regras para a concessão do auxílio por incapacidade temporária, o antigo auxílio-doença, por meio da análise de documentos médicos, sem perícia presencial. Com a mudança, o segurado que tiver o benefício negado por parecer técnico na análise dos documentos poderá pedir uma reanálise em até 10 dias, contados a partir da ciência da decisão.
