Medida Provisória publicada no "Diário Oficial da União" (DOU) desta quarta-feira (2) à noite estabelece a cobrança do Imposto Seletivo, conhecido também como "imposto do pecado", a partir de 2 de fevereiro de 2027. Como o imposto tem noventena, o prazo de cobrança foi fixado para começar a valer noventa dias após a publicação da MP, que tem força de lei. O prazo de vigência de uma Medida Provisória é de 60 dias, prorrogável automaticamente por mais 60 dias. No total, ela pode valer por até 120…
