Gminy mają zyskać nowe narzędzie, które pozwoli skuteczniej walczyć z nadużyciami przy przyznawaniu mieszkań komunalnych. Projekt nowelizacji przepisów zakłada, że samorządy będą mogły sprawdzać w Centralnej Bazie Danych Ksiąg Wieczystych, czy wnioskodawcy nie posiadają już innego domu lub mieszkania.
