Een aantal gemeenten in Gelderland gaat op slot voor nieuwe aansluitingen op het elektriciteitsnet. Dat heeft het ministerie van Economische Zaken en Klimaat (EZK) vanavond bekendgemaakt. Nieuwe aanvragen moeten vanaf volgend jaar wachten tot er capaciteit vrijkomt. Het gaat om zestien gemeenten, schrijft Omroep Gelderland , waaronder Doetinchem, Lochem en Zutphen.
