Złożenie skargi do Urzędu Komunikacji Elektronicznej nie będzie oznaczało automatycznego odblokowania konta użytkownika lub przywrócenia usuniętej treści. Skarga pozwoli jednak zbadać, czy platforma przestrzega DSA – mówi „Rzeczpospolitej” Ewelina Żak, która w UKE kieruje Departamentem Usług Cyfrowych i Konsumenta.
