“Double-envelope ballot counting has concluded”

The Central Elections Committee announced that the counting of double-envelope ballots has been completed. So far, results from 12,644 polling stations have been entered into the system, totaling 5,589,836 votes. Of these, 5,564,764 are valid votes and 25,072 are invalid.
