Komenda Główna Policji zdementowała część doniesień dotyczących interwencji w Trybunale Konstytucyjnym. Policja m.in. zaprzeczyła, że w operacji biorą udział niemieccy funkcjonariusze. KGP zabrała także głos ws. zdjęcia rozkazu, który pojawił się w przestrzeni publicznej. Według komunikatu nie odnosi się do sytuacji pod TK, a do możliwych aktów sabotażu i dywersji.
