Co trzecie nowe mieszkanie sprzedaje się dziś dopiero po zakończeniu budowy. Jeszcze kilka lat temu było to zaledwie co siódme. Deweloperzy mają coraz więcej gotowych lokali, a kupujący mogą je obejrzeć przed podjęciem decyzji. Eksperci: w 2027 r. nawet 40 proc. mieszkań w ofercie może być gotowych do odbioru.
