Bijna 10.000 deelnemers staan vandaag aan de start van de allereerste editie van de marathon van Den Haag. Met dat aantal is de loop na Rotterdam en Amsterdam meteen de op twee na grootste marathon van Nederland. Net als veel andere marathons was die van Den Haag binnen enkele dagen uitverkocht.
