Rafał Leśkiewicz ocenił, że sytuacja wokół Trybunału Konstytucyjnego stanowi głęboki kryzys ustrojowy. Na antenie Polskiego Radia rzecznik prezydenta zakwestionował moc prawną decyzji podjętych podczas ostatniego spotkania sędziów TK. Przedstawił też stanowisko prezydenta ws. sporu kompetencyjnego, omówił przebieg posiedzenia Rady Bezpieczeństwa Narodowego oraz zapowiedział kolejne działania głowy państwa.
