Wiceprezes PiS Przemysław Czarnek przedstawił założenia pakietu „Tanie Ogrzewanie 1.0”, który przewiduje obniżenie VAT na paliwa stałe do 8 proc., a na energię elektryczną i ciepło – do 5 proc. Zaapelował też do prawicy o wystawianie wspólnego kandydata w przedterminowych wyborach na prezydenta Częstochowy.
