W piątek wieczorem spór o Trybunał Konstytucyjny wszedł w najostrzejszą fazę od lat. Sędziowie wybrani przez obecny Sejm ogłosili odsunięcie prezesa TK od obowiązków. Przed samym budynkiem Trybunału przy al. Szucha w Warszawie pojawiła się policja i protestujący, a prezydent zawrócił samolot lecący do Senegalu, a następnie przy przepychankach wszedł do samego budynku
