A Controladoria-Geral da União indica que 66,8% de um universo de 1501 parlamentares mantêm ‘algum vínculo’ com pelo menos uma entidade que recebeu recursos de emendas . O mapeamento realizado no bojo do 16.º Relatório Técnico da CGU mostra que 1.003 deputados e senadores, ao longo de 2020 a 2025, ostentavam essa ligação “até quarta camada” com uma das 5.445 organizações que assinaram convênio com o governo federal para suposta execução de algum projeto, atividade ou obra.
