Un hombre de 58 años fue detenido por su probable relación con el presunto envenenamiento de perros en inmediaciones del Parque España , en la colonia Condesa, alcaldía Cuauhtémoc, donde dos animales murieron luego de presentar malestares durante un paseo. El sujeto, identificado extraoficialmente como Salvador, habría dejado cebos con sustancias tóxicas en la zona como una presunta represalia porque uno de sus familiares fue atacado por un perro días antes, de acuerdo con los primeros reportes…
