Invité des "4 Vérités" sur France 2, Michel Barnier, ancien Premier ministre et député LR de Paris, est revenu sur le vote du budget pour 2027 en cours à l'Assemblée nationale. Selon lui, Sébastien Lecornu doit déclencher immédiatement le 49.3 pour appliquer le projet du gouvernement. Le soutien de Bruno Retailleau s'est aussi exprimé sur la primaire de la droite et du centre voulue par Gabriel Attal.
