Personeel van het Amphia Ziekenhuis in Breda riskeert vanaf 1 november een wielklem als ze hun auto parkeren buiten de parkeervakken bij de personeelsingang. Notoire overtreders kunnen uiteindelijk hun parkeerrecht voorgoed kwijtraken. Het ziekenhuis zegt tegen Omroep Brabant overlast te hebben van foutparkeerders.
